"Chris arrived within an hour and was very pleasant and helpful. As it was a shared sewage system with a neighbour he gave me the number of Anglian Water as it was their responsibility. He made no charge for the call out and he did inspect the drains. Unlike Chris Anglian Water said they would be around within 48 hours, even though I have raw sewage flowing past my front door!
